Correction:
Make that "I _have_ noticed".
New addition:
It is said that NJ has the highest auto insurance rates in the U.S.
NO! Brooklyn does! Nearly triple that of NJ! And its population
density is clearly much higher. But when averaged over entire states,
NJ still comes out on top. This is because when you factor in the rest
of NY state you get a lower population density than NJ has.
But you don't live in an entire state. You live locally! So you pay
according to your local population density.
Location, location, location!
Population density, population density, population density!
