Their population density is also significantly lower, bolstering my
claim. You may talk about unions, but they too follow my rule -- at
least in this case! Nowhere are unions more powerful in the NY-NJ
metro area than in New York City, which of course has the highest
population density! Or perhaps it is simply the size of New York City.
Anyway, I think population density is a significant factor regardless.
Yes, you may speak of corruption. But total population gives more tax
revenue, which only invites more corruption.
