[Info-vax] Radeon 7500 All-In-Wonder AGP problems (rx2620, VMS I64 V8.4)

The Radeon 7500 All-In-Wonder AGP, in one of my rx2620s (running V8.4),
works fine. The image quality is great, no jitter, noise or any kind of
artifacts, whatsoever. There's the following problem though: Whenever I
log out of a DECwindows session, the screen doesn't return to the login/
'greeter' screen. I only see a black screen and the mouse cursor.

The system often becomes unresponsive and freezes when I reset the
DECwindows server, via the operator console or via SSH, via the usual
command: "$ @SYS$SYSROOT:[SYSMGR]DECW$STARTUP RESTART"

Any idea?  (This issue is unrelated to my other Radeon 7500 thread.)
