   Perhaps it was the question mark.  I'm easily misled that
way by punctuation which has a generally accepted meaning.

   Knowing nothing, I'd guess that hardware and/or console
firmware so old has no such info available.  (If my XP1000
systems have any such info anywhere, they're keeping well
concealed.)  Perhaps those (fancy) EV7 or EV8 CPUs have
greater self-awareness.
