OpenVMS Management is still part of BCS, and geographically located 
mostly in Bangalore.

BCS Marketing determines what VMS Engineering does. The head of 
Marketing for OpenVMS is Rohini Madhavan. If she is convinced of the 
business case for a new feature, then Engineering will be directed to 
provide it. Customers, VMS engineers and management, and OpenVMS 
Ambassadors all provide input toward OpenVMS future directions.
