Amazon never sold for me because I don't allow them to have any of my
titles, period.

What you tend to find in those "private" seller shops they list are a
bunch of scam artists which list obscure technical books for massive
markup then "hope" to purchase them if an order ever comes in.  That
and 3 guys in India using the company Xerox Docutech scanning every
page of a copy they company bought for them selling it with a hand
glued on back.
