Patrick,

when taking about 'VUPS', please also specify, how you measured them.
There are at least 2 'VUPS' DCL procedures available, one by Stromasys
and another (public one = VUPS.COM) by Migration Specialties. If run
on the same config, their results differ by a factor of about 4 (the
Stromasys version providing the higher value).

A DS15A with a 1 GHz CPU provides about nearly 1970 VUPS (Stromasys).
I yet have to see an emulator, which achieves these VUPS rates.
