Obviously they don't list Barnes & Nobel or new inventory on Alibris
since brand new pristine copies are available from both places for $90
or less.

In less than a month an EPUB version will be available from BN.COM,
ebookstore.sony.com, and kobo.com.  The conversion was actually
completed today.

Oh, btw, the reason you "usually see pages" is Amazon has a fleet of
wanna-bes that replicate Amazon.com inventory on their own site to
stack shopping engines like that.
