I don't see the problem.  It looks, to me, like the basic economics supply
and demand curves from high school economics.  You know, the course, along
with civics, which has been totally eradicated from primary education here
in the USSA.

As long as there's no riotous activity, like people bludgeoning other shop
patrons for the last copy of some stupid lamer X-box game during the X-mas
shopping season, I see no reason why the proprietor of said shop with that
last stupid lamer X-box game should not sell it for what ever price stupid
lamer X-box players will pay.
