Perhaps the "combatants" should cite the law(s) they are relying on for 
their arguments.  Something like "Title 18 United States Code section 
793, 794 and 798".  The Title and Sections I cited have nothing to do 
with the argument; I cite them as an example of how you point to a 
Federal Law.  Any good library should be able to find "Title ?? USC ????"

If your local library is too impoverished to have these volumes, your 
lawyer should have copies.

So lets keep the discussion on a sound basis.
