[Info-vax] inhibit email with From: <> from being sent

I see this all the time.  Some Russian spammer has decided to use a domain
I have (accvio.com) as the From: of his spam and it gets bounces from all
over Russia/Ukraine/etc. from systems responding to nonexistent addresses.
