[Info-vax] inconsistent information about HBVS status

My DS10 died the same death two years ago...

After power-on it took up to 5min until the system completely freezed.
I so far didn't find out what in the hardware the problem was (temperature).
I did have access to RMC during this freeze, but not to SRM.
Since most of the time it froze during the boot (less than 1min) I had to
replace it very quickly (with an XP1000).
