[Info-vax] SSH/SSL problem after Alpha VMS 8.3 upgrade from 7.3-2

Hello,

I just upgraded an alpha DS15 from VMS 7.3-2 to 8.3 (at last !!).

Upgrade went fine, but I encounter a problem with SSH/SSL. (SSL 1.3, TCPIP 5.6)

When I run ssh, I have this message:

SSL post-upgrade procedures are not very clear, it was an upgrade on an old ssl
installation, but I cannot find what is broken. 

I stop an disable SSH from tcpip$config, ane re-enable it but no change.

If you have an idea ...
