[Info-vax] inconsistent information about HBVS status

Two things:

I do recall that SHOW SHADOW and SHOW DEVICE  will
give different values for % copied or %merged.  I figure it's
just different code for the two utilities.

The other point is, if you*really* want to know if a copy or
merge has started (or completed), look in the operator.log
for the messages from the shadow server.  I don't have a
system I can check at the moment, so I can't give the
exact facility used in the OPCOM message, but they're
obvious if you look. :-)
