[Info-vax] VMS, svn and Netbeans

   From the outside, it looks like svn, like many tools nowdays, assumes
   a brain-dead file system.  For text files, an svn client probably
   should claim to be either UNIX or Windows and convert the text to
   the appropriate stream format.  I wouldn't try to store any other
   VMS file unless you want to work real hard.
