The "show shadow" clearly states "copy pending", i.e. not started so
amount copied is definitely 0%.    Is it possible that the 1%
indicates that some preparations have been done by the system, ready
to start the copy, but it is now waiting for an available slot
(controlled by SHADOW_MAX_COPIES).
