What Godaddy's web page indicates is that interested parties can place 
bids on a domain for when the grace period ends and indicates that they 
will sell it to the highest bidder.  That seems to be the only way to be 
in the queue to pick it up.  I do not know how to tell if anyone else 
has bid on a name.
