You can't mount a shadowset with the wrong label, which is why your
previous attempt failed.  You'll have to $INIT the members first.

You can do a $ INIT/SHADOW=($3$DKB100:,$3$DKB200:) ds2 and then $ MOUNT
the shadowset the way you tried before.

You can also do it the old way, $ INIT one drive, $ MOUNT it as a single
member shadowset and then add the second member as a copy target.
