[Info-vax] no master member found for this virtual unit (again)

I have success at last.  I was INIT'ing the disks separately instead
of together as a shadow set. Once I used INIT/
SHADOW=($3$DKB100:,$3$DKB200:) ds2, things went as expected.  I
misunderstood the manual as I thought that this command would create a
shadow-set that was to be joined with another similar shadow-set
(which seems a little too redundant).
