I've used both KEA and eXceed in a previous position
and they both worked well.  I'm constrained at my
present employer to use Reflections, and indeed,
this old version of Reflections.

My comments were mainly directed at whether
you needed a special keyboard driver.  What
Reflections, KEA and eXceed do with NumLock,
etc., is in the application, well beyond the driver.
