The links are broken in the sense that the (non-anonymous) login
information to the FTP site is invalid. You have to go through
a registration at http://www.stromasys.ch/downloads/ and then
get links that have the correct login information. The currently
downloadable CHARON-AXP/ES40 NCE for Linux (or more specifically
for Fedora Core 13 x64) expires on June 30 (or so the download page
says).
