[Info-vax] HW_NAME and HW_TYPE

I have a product that changes these values (and others, like SID).

For VAX, you can change the model number, and the product will display
the name from a table that's in VMS.  On Alpha and Itanium, you can
set the string to anything you like, since there's no table.

I had this developed for emulated systems that need to "look" like an
