[Info-vax] HW_NAME and HW_TYPE

My XP1000s do show "COMPAQ Professional Workstation XP1000" for HW_NAME
and "COMPAQ Professional Workstatio" for HW_TYPE (means stripped to 30char)
on OpenVMS Alpha V8.3 and OpenVMS Alpha V8.4 (standalone and clustered)...
