[Info-vax] Java portability and VMS

   What does that kit do that making some .class files, or a .jar, on
   another platform won't do?

   If they've added their own IDE, or some kind of .class bundling, then
   they've gone above and outside of Java.  Using thier IDE shouldn't
   actually be necessary.  Using some kind of bundling might be
   necessary.
