[Info-vax] quotas and CSWB

One problem could be quotas.  I remember increasing them when first 
using CSWB years ago, but since then my hardware has changed.  Soon I 
will no longer (regularly) have VAXes in the cluster, which might give 
me some more flexibility.

I tried running MONITOR in process which SPAWNed the CSWB process and 
got -SYSTEM-F-EXQUOTA, process quota exceeded so it definitely looks 
like a quota problem.

Can someone who runs CSWB (preferably on an EV67 with 2 GB) with no 
problems post the quotas of the account which runs it?
