All we need is for someone to write a script to generate some insults
based on a few choice phrases, and voila! Carl returns!

In this case his answer is obvious, though.  Fortran CLOSE with
the PRINT (or PRINT/DELETE?) option has behaved this way for quite
a long time, and FORnnn.DAT has long been the default file name
for unit nnn.

Oh, by the way, does anyone know what "(checkpointed)" means on the
second queue entry?
