[Info-vax] ES45 + SDLT320 = No MKD100

Hi,

I attached a Quantum tabletop SDLT320 to PKA0 scsi adapter in an ES45
(Ovms8.3)

The SRM sees PKA0 but no MK devices.  SCSI id on pka0 is 7.  Tapedrive
is 1. The tape drive has a SCSI terminator on it.

An IO AUTO/log displays..

I was hoping someone might have some pointers.  Googleing hasn't come
up with much.
