My instructions were incomplete. In order to patch the ka655.bin, you 
have to start an emulator image that has the ptr (paper tape reader) 
built in. I think the pdp11.exe has that. If this fails, contact me 
offline and we'll work something out. Mail to the obvious address from 
the header of this post.
