I was looking for a Macro update.  I'm still leary about applying all of
changes in these HUGE update kits; especially, in light of the many bugs
these have introduced.  I will likely only replace the Macro compiler's
.EXE from this kit.

I do have it running on one Alpha.  I have bee sitting on V8.3-1H1 on
any IA64s.
