there is a Itainium Processor 9300 Series Reference Manual for
Software Development and Optimization

and I expect there will be one for Poulson when they decide what the
official name is (I would guess 9400 series but who knows).

There appear to be early versions of the Poulson chip around so I
expect the server people at HP are playing with it.
