[Info-vax] VTxxx/VMS term driver: bug or feature?

Nope.
I have no modmap at all. However, with the built in keyboard, I don't 
have much of an application keyboard, but that is to be expected when 
there isn't even a numerical keyboard to fool with.
Works fine with my external USB keyboard though.

I do have some resources set up for xterm:
*.vt100.decTerminalID:  220
*.vt100.c132:   true
*.vt100.saveLines:      1000
xterm.vt100.activeIcon: false
xterm.vt100.multiScroll:        true
rsx.vt100.loginShell:   false
rsx.vt100.scrollBar:    true

And then I start my xterm with:
unsetenv LC_CTYPE
unsetenv LANG
xterm +sf +sp -aw -ut -132 -ti vt220 -sb -sl 500 -name rsx &

(some of the information is obviously duplicated, but I haven't cleaned 
up this thing in several years...)
