I've got that above message displaying correctly with the following
settings:
Profile -> Personal Profile -> Preference Options
Ignore HTML - switched on (default not switched on)
Turn on the Rich Text Editor - switched off (default switched on)
And the message at
http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/x/x/m-p/4798782
displays correctly.
It's back to the smiley graphic version if I view it from another
browser where I'm not logged in. I note that even in that version the
title comes out correctly; smiley character combinations in titles are
not translated.
