[Info-vax] VTxxx/VMS term driver: bug or feature?

   I'm wondering if they've all got heritage xterm code, or some other
   heritage; or if they've all just emulated other emulators.  At least
   most don't emulate Hilgraeve's early HyperTerminal, which MS still
   insists on shipping.
