[Info-vax] LaTeX on VMS

Much of LaTeX was developed on VMS, and the last time I updated my
LaTeX, about a dozen years ago, there was no problem at all with the
fact that it was on VMS.  Even today, I don't see where VMS could be a
problem.  It's more a matter of coming up with some sort of
semi-automatic update procedure; I doubt anything needs to be actually 
ported.
