This "new" and "improved" site may be new but it is anything but improved.
I entered my username and password, and then wait for minutes to get back
the message:  HP Passport is unavailable.

It took several days until my SAID was synched up where I could access the
patch database.

And, one of the more unnerving things of all is that Google references to
the old ITRC are all useless.  If you go to search for something related
to VMS, you're likely to find a wealth of dead-end referneces to the ITRC.

The only winning move is to come back to comp.os.vms! :)
