At the last OpenVMS meeting over here, most people I spoke with
were not overly enthusiastic about that idea either.

Several commonly heard complaints about "c.o.v" were with regard
to rudeness, occasional irrelevance (i.e. off-topic threads and
posts) and certain attitudes.  In other words, a lot would need
to change to make that happen.

I still enjoy reading this place myself, provided that it's about
VMS and preferably in a favourable or at least constructive manner.
