hi,

for one of my accounts, decnet tasks do not create net$server.log
files :(
I created the following test procedure

--- test.com ---
$ open  net sys$net/read/write
$ write net "Hello, world!"
$ wait 00:05:00.00
$ close net
----------------

if I do

$ type 0::"0=test"

on my main account, I get the corresponding net$server.log in my home
directory, but if i do the same with my other account, test.com is
executed but no net$server.log is created. I tried a proxy-execute
from my main account with the same result:

$ type 0"account2"::"0=test"

thinking that le net$server.log could be created elsewhere I checked
the channels with anal/sys and no log file is open by the decnet
process

do you have any clue ?

TIA,
Pierre.
