It's a seriously problem with the application if you can't dynamicaly
raise the user limit !

I was early in and got a "seat". I saw each 30 sec someone trying to
connect, they showed up for a moment in the user-list.

One thing that disturbed me a lot, was that the sound wasn't
(at least not as I understood) distributed over the web-event.
I have to dial-in and sit with the phone all the time.

I made a few notes. There seems to be some differences between how
Oracle Rdb is handled and how other Oracle products (incl the classic
Oracle DBMS) are handled. As Kevin said, it's only the *version* of
Rdb that will be frozen at 7.3.x (there will never be a 7.4 or 8.0
but there *could* be a 7.3.12.x, as he said). The support and
development will continue more or less as before with support and
verification on any new (Itanium) hardware. Rdb 7.3.2 is planned
to be certified on VMS 8.5 and Poulson, if I remember correctly.

The dates for the different support levels will
rool forward with each GA of the future 7.3.x releases.

So the dates as specified in :
http://www.oracle.com/us/support/library/lifetime-support-technology-069183.pdf
will continue to change forward.

So, there was some good news, at least for me.

Jan-Erik.
