[Info-vax] CSWB and JPEG files

   This is going to depend mostly on memory related quotas.  CSWB and
   most browsers should be doing malloc().  Don't know if any of them
   handle failure of malloc in a recongizable manner, other than "that
   don't work".

   CSWB installation documentation does contain recommendations for 
   quota, and I believe SYSGEN, settings.  You can keep an eye on the 
   process and see what it might be running out of.

   I've never had CSWB fail to display a JPEG, even though many of them
   are no longer viewable by xv (which doesn't know the last few JPEG
   revisions).
