[Info-vax] Anyone seen a LURT on the HP site lately?

I went looking for the Alpha systems LURT today.  What an adventure.
The link which used to point to the appropriate web page is no longer
valid.  In fact, if you go to the OpenVMS page and click on the link
which reads "Software Licensing", it fails.

Would anyone happen to have a copy available on some other web site?

(By the way, what numbnut decided on the micro-tiny font to use on the
HP web pages?  Or is that just happening on my laptop?)
