It was much easier than that.  Kari provided the charts I needed.

Would it be a copyright violation to publish the Alpha and VAX LURT
charts on my own web site?

I know that fully well, and that's not what I was requesting.  That
command will show the unit requirements for the system on which the
command is issued.  However, it will not show the unit requirements
for all other models of Alpha systems.  I needed the table of all
others.
