[Info-vax] Problem registering PLI PAKs

Hi

As said i've sent a facsimile to Kednos but i haven't had much time for
this in the meantime, though tried again registering some days ago and
PAK registration seems to still be out of order. Not much luck....

Maybe if there's someone of you, who is in contact with Kednos could
please point them to this issue when trying to get Hobbyist licenses?!
