JRuby V1.6.3 is available on OpenVMS IA64. The build successfully runs
using J2SE V6.0. Everything you need to rebuild this software onto
your OpenVMS IA64 server is described at

Compared to JRuby 1.5.3, it now adds support for ODS-2 and ODS-5 style
