Here I go again : - )

Any reason you want to keep the page/swap files on the system disk? I don't
think that the restrictions that limit the location of the dump files apply to
page/swap files. I've been able to keep my pagefile off my system disk without
any unusual tricks, other than installing the pagefile in SYPAGSWPFILES.COM.

That way, you wouldn't need to go thorugh any calculation gyrations to make
sure you have enough space. BTW, you shouldn't need to have separate
page/swap files - I 've had a page file only for many years - again, trying to
keep it simple.
