And the daylightsaving is included in that?
DTSS fixed that, but then if I put my computers in UTC without DST
then all I have to do is ask for the time and I will get it...
Would solve some database problems for me, they (RDB) tends to
overwrite data if written in the same time. (Setting the clock back 1h
is not really recommended)

But, its a bit of programming to do - users still want to see the
"real" time.
