You have 2 dimensional thinking...

You are forgetting time travel. Machine booted in 2006, just before time
travel 8 years back, (so it relived 2006 again 8 years later) and this
explains it has been up for 13 years.


Or, the machine was booted in 2006, lived normally until 2019 and just
recently time traveled back to 2011. In both instances, the systen clock
would still indicate it has been up for 13 years.
