Yeah!  Whilst I began this thread, I am certain that nobody in Hopelessly
Pathetic gives a shit about my opinion but, nonetheless, I am pleased with
the output.  And, this came just in the nick of time as I just moved 22 
boxes (10"x12"x24") of documentation into my garage to make room for some
European guests next week.  I welcome not having to rely on PDF versions
for a quick reference.
