Reminds me of the old VMS war story...  Guys are in the
machine room working on a chassis with a stack of RA81's.
The wheels weren't locked and the thing rolls into a hole
where a floor tile would have been.  The frame is bent
and they use a car jack to straighten it out again.

Just for grins they fire the thing back up and VMS boots
cleanly except for one message:

"Volume improperly dismounted, rebuild in progress"
