[Info-vax] [TCPware V5.9] Debugging FTP.CONF

Is there a way to debug the FTP.CONF file?

Setting TCPWARE_FTPD_DEBUG to TRUE creates another logfile, but this
also doesn't tell me anything about the seen contents of FTP.CONF.

I have created a (one line) FTP.CONF

DENY 127.0.0.1

and restarted FTP. But alas, FTP Server is still working on localhost.
Security Alarm (which I set as an ACE on the file) does tell me, the
FTP.CONF *is* read...

Btw: I do had a working FTP.CONF with a REJECT_BY_DEFAULT and with ALLOW
but this simple one doesn't work for me at all.

Any idea

TIA
