[Info-vax] RDB is out. How about Oracle-Oracle ? And VMS ?

I am sure Oracle would gladly hand a copy of the RDB source and rights
to use back to HP. Not so sure that Oracle would want to hand over the
brains/humans who developped it because those are probably considered
key assets to Oracle for many products.

Some companies consider experienced employees to be assets, other
companies consider them to be expensive liabilities that should be
replaced by commodity low cost employees.
